Aliante Station Casino and Hotel is a casino located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The Casino is owned by Station Casinos Inc. and The Greenspun Corporation. It is the newest casino yet in the Las Vegas valley.
The Grand Opening
The Aliante Station opened on November 11, 2008, at 11:11 p.m. Before the opening, a fireworks show was provided for the public. Prior to opening long lines of people were waiting to enter.
Similarities and Differences
The Aliante Station has a similar interior design to the Red Rock Resort Spa and Casino, that is located in Summerlin. However, the Aliante Station presents a different design on the exterior. These similarities include a different color. The Red Rock has a maroon type of red color. The Aliante has a more aquamarine type of blue color to it. They also have different themes. The Red Rock has a more desert theme, while the Aliante has a more modern theme.
Offers
The new casino offers gambling, dining, and entertainment for locals who live in that certain part of the Las Vegas valley. It will also bring in some jobs to people who need during the economic crisis of 2008. It will also offer visitors who are coming like from Reno, Nevada or another part of the country or state, to stay there instead of going all the way to the Las Vegas Strip.
